Dr. Terhakopian specializes in the assessment and medication management of psychotic disorders, mood disorders (e.g., Depression, Bipolar I and II disorders, etc.), anxiety disorders (e.g., phobias, Social Anxiety, Agoraphobia, GAD, Panic Disorder, etc.), OCD, trauma- and stressor-related disorders (e.g., PTSD), sleep disorders (e.g., Insomnia) and substance use disorders (e.g., Opioid Use Disorder).
MEDICATION MANAGEMENT FOLLOW UP VISIT
$150 for 30 Minute to 1 Hour Appointment
The Medication Management Follow Up Visit includes a review of the effectiveness of current medications and to make any updates or changes to your medication regimen. It also includes motivational and solution focused therapy to enhance commitment to treatment and identify next steps towards wellness.
INITIAL INTAKE VISIT
$300 for 1-1.5 Hour Appointment
The Initial Intake Visit includes extensive history review by Dr. Terhakopian and a face-to-face initial clinical interview. Records from other providers and labs may be ordered. Medications may be prescribed after this visit if deemed medically necessary.
Additional Professional Services
We offer additional professional services including, but not limited to, report writing (e.g., disability reports), telephone conversations, writing support letters to other professionals/organizations (regarding short- or long-term work disability, emotional support/service animal recommendation, etc.), and preparing treatment summaries. Any of these additional services that take longer than 10-minutes are billed at $100 per 10-minute time increments unless a different amount has been agreed upon with our office.
Court proceedings and any forensic work (even if required to testify by another party) are billed at $800 per hour. Moreover, the hourly rate for any out-of-office proceedings are based on number of patient hours cancelled to provide this service.
