When you book an appointment with Dr. Terhakopian at his private office, time is dedicated to not only see you, but to prepare for your visit as well. Because we value your and Dr. Terhakopian's time, you will be expected to pay the full professional fee 48 hours before the day of your scheduled appointment.  Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee. If you fail to present to your appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will not receive a refund.  Both telephone and email are acceptable ways to alert us of a cancellation. 

 

Additionally, if you do cancel a scheduled appointment 24 hours beforehand and receive a refund,  you will lose the processing fee charged by our billing system which is ~3.25%
