Service Description

The Medication Management Follow Up Visit includes a 45 minute appointment time with Dr. Terhakopian to review the effectiveness of current medications and to make any updates or changes to medication regimen.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment will incur a $50 fee. If you fail to show up to your appointment, you forfeit your appointment and will not receive a refund. Both telephone and email are acceptable ways to alert us of a cancellation.
